    This is such a sweet sentimental gift. We just had our holiday gift exchange yesterday, and this little modern-day locket was the best part of the night. As a gift giver, it was amazing to see the evolution of emotions in my friend's face as she opened this, tried to figure out what it was, finally peeked at the photo inside, and started crying. We were both in tears. I can't recommend this enough - everyone should have at least one of these to keep close to their heart.

I had e-mailed them and with in a day I had got a reply so I felt better. they had explained they were short staffed. Totally understandable now days because a lot of people are not wanting to work but anyways unlike some reviews I had read the product is awesome!!! and my mother loved it.
